Ben Booth

Builder

Ben began his construction career as a framing carpenter in high school, working summers for a Builder who was a family friend on his custom homes. What began as a summer job, turned into a full time job in college working around classes and then into hands-on remodeling including his own fraternity house. After an opportunity to go back to work for the same builder he started with originally this time as a project manager, Ben fell in love with the entire building process and met his now-wife Cassie who was studying Interior Design in college. His journey to Northwest Arkansas from Central Arkansas in 2005 included helping his father with his sprinkler and landscaping business, building a 62 unit patio home subdivision in Little Rock for a developer and the role of COO of a production building company from 2005-2008 where he oversaw multiple superintendents and 120+ homes. In 2008, he went back to his first love in construction, the high end custom homes that he began his building career with. After building over 120 custom homes in the last 20 years, his work has now been featured in multiple publications, and he has won many awards for his work including TOP TEN Best Residential Builders in Citiscapes Magazine several years in a row. After serving as President of the NWA Home Builders Association both in 2011 and 2020 and the Board of Directors for 12 years, then serving on the Arkansas Home Builders Association State Board of Directors (Chairman in 2023) for 4 years, he was selected by Governor Sanders to serve on the Residential Contractors Licensing Committee from 2026-2030.
